What servos to use in the new 4star 54 by sig

Wondering if I can use the spektrum a3040 micro servo or should I use the standard a6050? The a3040 has metal gears but 28 ounces of torque. The a6050 has nylon gears but 47 to 58 ounces of torque. Kurt RC Groups
