Motor replacement – Ember 2

I need to replace the motor in my Parkzone Ember 2. I have the new motor. Do I snip the wires and solder the new one in place? Are there connectors to use instead? I have tried using low-temp solder, but can’t make it stick to the wires. RC Groups
